Upper Extremity Nerve Blocks

Nerve blocks are a simple procedure that relieves pain around the nerve or the spine. A combination of medication is injected directly into the nerve or spine to stop pain signals from being sent throughout the body. If treatment options such as injections or nerve blocks are not the right fit to alleviate your back and spine pain, there are many other treatment options available to explore. Another common treatment option performed to alleviate upper extremity pain is suprascapular peripheral nerve stimulator trial/implantation.
